Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the service, probe restricted systems, copy or resell original content, automate abusive requests, or misrepresent platform materials as official.
Adult accounts and younger learners
Registered accounts are intended for parents, guardians, or authorized adults who manage learner profiles. Account holders represent that they have authority to create and manage any linked student profile. Children should not submit names, email addresses, school names, precise locations, or other identifying information through guest practice.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Questionology disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for interruptions, lost opportunities, admissions decisions, or reliance on practice estimates. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Suspension, changes, and governing law
We may suspend abusive or insecure use and may update these terms prospectively with a new effective date and appropriate notice. New York law governs these terms to the extent permitted, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where a user lives.
Content changes
Exam policies and admissions information can change. We version important behavior and show source-review context, but users should verify time-sensitive decisions with NYCPS.
